Peracetic Acid Test Strips

Peracetic acid is another sanitizing agent primarily used in some segments of the food industry. The recommended strength of peracetic acid is typically 150-200ppm, however, this can vary by location. Check with your local health inspector to determine what ppm level you should be reaching. To use, remove one strip from the vial and dip the test strip into the solution being tested for 2 seconds, then, shake off any excess liquid and compare the test strip to the color chart on the bottle after 10 seconds.
