Typhoon

A powerful detergent designed for use in recirculating dishwashing systems in institutional kitchens, cafeterias, restaurants, etc. Formulated to provide exceptional grease removal and cleaning performance on pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Safe for use on aluminum. Low foaming formulation is especially suited for agitated sinks and similar immersion-type recirculating washers. Not recommended for use in dish machines or for manual washing.
